Vikram’s 'Karikalan' revived?

                       One of Vikram’s long pending project was the historical epic Karikalan. It is based on the life of the famous Tamil King of early Chola during the Sangam period . Vikram was playing Karikalan Chola with Zarine Khan and Anjali in supporting cast. The film was started by director LI Kannan, but half way through he was replaced by AR Gandhikrishna, who is said to have originally written the script, to helm the movie. Later it came out that Vikram getting busy with David and I, had dropped the project. Now the music director of the film GV Prakash has tweeted – “The historical epic ' Karikalan ' revives back from March with Chiyaan Vikram.”
