Some songs deleted from ‘Raavanan’!

It was already known that Maniratnam’s forthcoming flick ‘Raavanan’ audio was released into the markets and is turning out to be chart buster of the year. Now, the shocking news to the music lovers is that the songs rendered by Asha Bhosle and Sonu Nigam in the movie were deleted.

The music director of the film, AR Rahman says “Since, we felt that those songs turned to be a sort of impedimenta on film’s narration, I and Maniratnam decided to remove those songs.”

Sources say that Sonu Nigam had himself confessed that his song is being missed out in the album much before its release only.

Its note to mention that three songs in the ‘Raavanan’ were actually intended for Maniratnam’s other film named ‘Lajjo’ but it didn’t hit the floors due to some unknown reasons.
