‘Raavanan’ will have premiere at Venice Film Fest!

Celebrated ace director Maniratnam will be honored at Venice Film Festival soon with the the Jaeger-LeCoultre Glory to the Filmmaker Award. This was announced recently at Cannes Film Fest by director Marco Muller.

“Maniratnam is one of the greatest innovators in contemporary Indian cinema. He helped introduce the auteur concept to contemporary Bollywood. We are very proud to honor the work of the great Indian director Maniratnam.” says the director Muller

It looks like good news for the team of ‘Raavanan’ and also for the fans of Vikram who are eagerly waiting for the film. Maniratnam’s ‘Raavanan’ is going to have its premiere at Venice Film Festival.
